Payment & Pricing

How Billing Works

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • We'll send you an invoice with clear payment terms (usually 7-15 days)
  • We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other convenient payment methods
  • If payment is delayed, we might pause work until things are sorted
  • Your invoice will clearly show what you're paying for

About Refunds

  • We handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis
  • Work that's already completed or in progress typically can't be refunded
  • If you're not happy with something, let us know within 7 days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14-30 business days
  • Ad spend on platforms like Google or Facebook can't be refunded (those go directly to the platforms)

What We Need From You

  • Share accurate information about your business and goals
  • Give us access to necessary accounts and platforms (with proper permissions)
  • Respond to our questions and approve work in a reasonable timeframe
  • Make sure any content you provide is legal and doesn't violate anyone's rights
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Pay invoices on time according to our agreement

About Your Content

  • You own your brand, logo, and business materials - always
  • You give us permission to use your materials to deliver our services
  • Make sure you have the rights to any content you share with us
  • We keep ownership of our strategies, processes, and tools (that's our secret sauce!)

The Don'ts

Please Don't

  • Use our services for anything illegal or shady
  • Violate laws or infringe on others' rights
  • Try to hack or break into our systems
  • Interfere with our website or services
  • Pretend to be someone you're not
  • Spam people or send unwanted messages through our services
  • Collect information about other users without permission

Why This Matters

  • We want to maintain a trustworthy service for everyone
  • These rules protect both you and other clients
  • Breaking these rules could result in service termination

Setting Expectations

Being Realistic

  • We work hard to deliver great results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors
  • We can't guarantee specific results (no one honestly can in marketing)
  • Things like algorithm changes, market conditions, and competition affect results
  • We're not responsible if Facebook, Google, or other platforms change their rules
  • What worked yesterday might need adjustment tomorrow - that's marketing

Our Responsibility

  • If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right
  • Our liability is limited to what you paid us for the specific service
  • We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost sales or opportunities)
  • Sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control (natural disasters, platform outages, etc.)
  • We'll always do our best to deliver quality work and communicate honestly

If Things Don't Work Out

Ending Our Agreement

  • Either of us can end the agreement with written notice (timing depends on our specific agreement)
  • If payments aren't made or terms are broken, we might need to pause or stop services
  • You're still responsible for paying for work completed before ending the agreement
  • We'll deliver any final work we agreed upon
  • We'll both keep confidential information private even after parting ways

What Happens Next

  • Your access to our tools and platforms will end
  • Any outstanding invoices need to be paid
  • We keep copies of work for our records and legal requirements
  • Some parts of this agreement (like confidentiality) continue even after we stop working together

About Ownership & Rights

Our website content, tools, and processes are our intellectual property. You can't copy, redistribute, or use them without permission.

Your brand assets, content, and materials remain yours. We just need permission to use them while working on your projects.

Our logo and brand name are protected trademarks - please don't use them without asking first.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms follow Indian law (since we're based in Punjab, India).

If there's ever a legal dispute (which we hope never happens!), it would be handled in Punjab courts.

We prefer to resolve any issues through friendly conversation first.
